Lavatory Systems Application Guidelines

Frequency Lavatory Systems are bending the rules of design.  Meeting various height requirements is easily accomplished with this state-of-the-art, patented lavatory system.  The unique Frequency wave design combines an ADA height-compliant hand-washing station with a higher-height station, creating an innovative and original multi-height fixture.  The novel styling of the Frequency system provides the ideal aesthetics for upscale retail centers, restaurants, offices, hotel lobbies and fitness centers.  Available in 26 Terreon colors and one, two, or three station configurations, a Frequency Lavatory System clearly bends far beyond the limits of conventional hand-washing fixtures.

Frequency Lavatory Systems offer many attractive features:

1. Vandal Resistance - In addition to Terreon's vandal resistant features mentioned above, the infrared sensor in the faucet will automatically shut off water flow after 30-45 seconds if a vandal attempts to trigger constant operation.  Water supplies and electrical outlets are concealed within the support frame assembly.  The trap covers are made from Class-A fire rated, high-impact polystyrene.  Consider the cost of replacement lavs and additional installment time due to china's susceptibility to vandalism.  
2. ADA, ANSI, and TAS Compliance - Barrier-free clearances, reaches and controls can be met with all concave/lower Frequency hand-washing stations.  All Frequency models have standard 30" lavatory spacing.  See Product Information for all the details.
3. Department of Energy Water Conservation- Frequency Lavatory Systems meet water conservation requirements with a standard flow rate of .5 GPM.
4. Specification Ease- With a single spec, universally accessible "no touch" hand-washing systems can be provided for up to three users.
5. Decreased Installation Time and Cost Savings- The Frequency Lavatory System install in less time than a bank of vitreous china lavs!  The patent pending trap cover helps to minimize the amount of rough-ins needed to install the station, and the reduced number of connections further decrease the Frequency's installation time.  
6. Safety and Cleaning- A solid-surface countertop with a one-of-a-kind integral bowl allows for quick and efficient cleaning of the unit.  A no-drip edge around the entire unit keeps water and soap off of the washroom floor, increasing user safety.  Connections concealed within the fixture provide an aesthetic solution to exposed plumbing and prevent tampering.
7. A line of coordinating washroom accessories, including mirrors, shelves, towel dispensers and waste receptacles is also available to create a visually stunning Frequency washroom.

Express® Lavatory Systems SS-Series and MG-Series
Express® Lavatory Systems are ideal for taking on high traffic washroom applications, easily handling light hand-washing quickly and economically while providing each user with their own personal space.

It's time to put an end to the usage of outdated china lavs and select a complete plumbing system. Available in 26 Terreon colors and 2 or 3 station configurations, an Express Lavatory System is sure to compliment your décor while meeting your project's design intent.

Express Lavatory Systems SS-Series and MG-Series offer many attractive features:

1. Vandal Resistance - In addition to Terreon's vandal resistant features mentioned above, the infrared sensor will automatically shut off water flow after 30-45 seconds if a vandal attempts to trigger constant operation.    The MG-Series sprayhead and end caps are constructed of vandal resistant Terreon too! Its access panel/ trap cover is constructed of durable 300-series stainless steel. The SS-series has a molded sprayhead and vacuum-formed acrylic laminate access panel/ trap cover, which is resistant to impact, abrasion, acid and corrosion. It won't chip, peel or flake!
2. ADA, ANSI, TAS and UFAS Compliance - Barrier-free clearances, reaches and controls can be met with all Express Lavatory Systems specifications. Both the SS-Series and MG-Series have standard 30" lavatory spacing. See Product Information for all the details.
3. Department of Energy Water Conservation- Express Lavatory Systems meet water conservation requirements with a standard flow rate of .5 GPM.

5. Decreased Installation Time and Cost Savings- The Express Lavatory Systems install in 50% less time than a bank of vitreous china lavs! There's also 73% fewer connections with an Express Lav System! In other words, an Express Lavatory System requires less than 30 connections, compared to over 90 for 3 conventional lavs. It's easily adapted to existing rough-ins, making renovations a snap. Consequently, an Express Lavatory System will decrease installation costs.
6. Safety and Cleaning- An integral shelf above the water line and continuous bowl make cleaning simple. Optional integral liquid soap systems drain into the bowl and not onto the floor so your washroom is safer. Connections concealed within the fixture eliminate tight crevices and prevent tampering.
7. IR or Push-Button Controls- Valves are virtually maintenance-free. Choose either time-proven Infrared electronic metering controls or reliable mechanical push-button. Shut off is automatic.

SS-Series

-Vacuum-formed acrylic laminate access panel/ trap cover (gray, putty or coal) is highly resistant to impact, abrasion, acid and corrosion. Access panels/ trap covers will not chip, peel or flake.

MG-Series

-Contoured front access panel/ trap cover is constructed of 300-gauge stainless steel.
End caps are constructed of Terreon solid surface.

SS-Series

-Plastic tank is a slide and lock drawer with chrome plated brass gravity fed soap valve
Capacity: ½ Gallon per tank

MG-Series

Express® Lavatory System- SS-Series, Model SS-1/IR and SS-1 (bowl only)
Take on light-handwashing in style by complementing your other Express Lavatory System products with a single station lavatory. An SS-1 is available in 24 colors with all the vandal resistant qualities of Terreon that vitreous china lavs don't come close to. Choose from a Terreon sprayhead with infrared activation or a "Bowl Only" model with your choice of faucet. Centershank and 4" or 8" Centerset drillings accommodate your faucet selection.

2. Mounting - The SS-1 can be mounted using surface mounted brackets or in-wall carriers supplied by others.
3. Additional Options - Deck mounted soap dispensers, access panels/ trap covers and various water supply selections are sure to offer all the flexibility necessary to meet your application needs.
   

Express® Crescent® Lavatory Systems- CRS Series
Available in 21 Terreon colors in 2 or 3 station configurations, the Express Crescent Lavatory System offers a contemporary look to meet your light hand-washing needs quickly and economically. The CRS-Series' design also allows each user their own personal space without forcing users to stand directly across from each other.

Priced to compete with wall mounted vitreous china lavatories, the Express Crescent Lavatory System saves on space and installation costs. Great for those "value engineered jobs" where other fixtures get bumped from the spec. The CRS-Series is only 48" inches wide, but provides over 26" of rim space per user (39" on the two-station version). The CRS-Series ships ready to mount on the wall, with only the supply and drain connections, and some optional equipment, requiring assembly. Consider the following points when specifying the Express Crescent Lavatory System:

1. ADA and TAS Compliance- The Express Crescent Lavatory System allows for an ADA mirror mounting with up to a 2" frame. The Crescent has 30" standard lavatory spacing. See Product Information for further information.
2. Department of Energy Water Conservation- With a flow rate of .5 GPM per station the Crescent is perfect for applications where water and energy conservation is a primary concern.
3. Specification Ease- With a single spec, universally accessible touch-activated or "no-touch" hand- washing systems can be provided for up to three users.
4. Decreased Installation Time and Cost Savings- A Crescent will install in 50% less time than a bank of vitreous china lavs! There's 73% fewer connections with an CRS-Series! In other words, an CRS-Series requires less than 30 connections, compared to over 90 for 3 conventional lavs. It adapts easily to existing rough-ins, making renovations a snap. Consequently, an Express Crescent Lavatory System will decrease installation costs.
5. Safety and Cleaning- Optional integral liquid soap systems drain into the bowl, not the floor. The speckled stone look helps hide water spots and soap residue while a continuous bowl makes cleaning easier.
6. Battery or AC Powered IR Controls- Valves are virtually maintenance-free. Choose Infrared electronic metering controls powered by either 6 double 'A' alkaline batteries or a 24V transformer.
7. Options- Soap valves and access panels/trap covers (putty or coal) are available to meet your application needs.

Express® Deck Lavatory System- EXD Series
The Express® Deck Lavatory System handles light hand-washing quickly and economically while providing each user with their own personal space. The EXD Series is available in 126 Terreon colors and 2 or 3 station configurations. Get all the benefits of the Express® Lavatory System with the option of selecting your own faucet. Meeting your project needs has never been easier.

1. Vandal Resistance- Valves and water supplies are concealed within the pedestal/ support frame assembly. The panel is constructed of vacuum-formed acrylic laminate, which is highly resistant to impact, abrasion, acid and corrosion. The panel will not chip, peel or flake. Consider the cost of replacement lavs and additional installment time due to china's susceptibility to vandalism.
2. ADA and ANSI Compliance- The Express Deck Lavatory System- EXD Series standard, juvenile or wall-hung mounting comply with ADA or ANSI requirements. To be completely compliant, products must be equipped with appropriate faucets. Be sure to check local codes. The EXD Series has 30" standard lavatory spacing. 3. Specification Ease- With a single spec, universally accessible touch-activated or "no-touch" hand- washing systems can be provided for up to three users.
4. Decreased Installation Time and Cost Savings- Express Deck Lavatory Systems install in less time than a bank of china lavs with 73% fewer connections! It's easily adapted to existing rough-ins, making renovations a snap. Consequently, an Express Deck Lavatory System will decrease installation costs.

Terreon® Lav Decks
Terreon® Lav Decks are solid surface countertops with integral bowls to meet light hand-washing needs. The traditional LD-3010 Series or contemporary LD-3060 Series are sure to be a perfect match in any restroom application. Both the LD-3010 and LD-3060 Series are available in all 24 Terreon colors. Certain local fabricators try to cut corners by providing a loose backsplash. With Bradley, all Terreon Lav Decks feature a coved backsplash as a standard feature. Typical laminate countertops with drop-in bowls cannot match the quality, style and durability offered by a Terreon Lav Deck.

Terreon Lav Decks offer many attractive features:

Terreon® Lav Decks- LD-3010 Series
If flexibility is what you want, then the LD-3010 Series is what you need. Choose bowl placements or opt to have no bowls at all. Standard and custom models are available to fit most applications; the LD-3010 Series isn't just for the washroom, but for countertop and shelf applications too. Integral bowls are available in Mesa Bone, Designer White or the same color as the deck. The LD-3010 Series is also available with vandal resistant stainless steel trap cover.
 

Terreon® Lav Deck- LD-3060 Series
The LD-3060 Series offers a one-of-a-kind contoured front apron. Get a unique look in 9 standard configurations including extended left and right decks with or without integral waste receptacle openings. An optional access panel/trap cover is also available. Differences between the LD-3010 Series and LD-3060 Series

TCS-Series
The TCS-Series is in a class by itself with a deck and integral bowl(s) constructed of durable Terreon® solid surface. The Terreon Classroom Sink is available in all 24 Terreon colors with optional faucets, drinking fountains, waste receptacle openings and soap dispensers.

1. ADA and TAS Compliance- TCS units are available to comply with ADA and TAS requirements. To be completely compliant with TAS guidelines for Pre-K through grades 5 or 6, the rim-height of the classroom sink must be 30" maximum above the finished floor. For grades 6 through 8 or 9, the unit must be mounted with a rim height of 32" maximum above the finished floor. To be completely TAS compliant for juveniles, the TCS unit must be equipped with TAS compliant faucet, TAS compliant casework, and 3½" depth sink. See Product Information for more details.
2. Safety and Cleaning- Optional integral liquid soap systems drain into a bowl and not onto the floor, making your washroom safer. A 4-sided drip ledge around the sink keeps the water in the bowl, not the deck or floor.

Terreon® Imperial Wall-Mount Lavatory
Typical china lavs don't come close to the durability and remarkable style Terreon® offers. Available in 24 Terreon colors the TL-18 (ADA compliant 21" X 18"), Imperial is a great choice for renovation and new construction applications. Select a Vernatherm™ Thermostatic Mixing Assembly (TMA) or a Single Tempered Line (TL) water supply. Other features include an integral molded overflow and ledged back.

2. Additional Options- Optional Centershank or 4" Centerset Drillings can also be selected to accommodate a Bradley faucet or faucet by others. A drain, strainer and tailpiece are also available.

Terreon® Accessories
Finishing touches are important and Terreon® accessories give you the complete coordinated look you desire at a price you can afford.

• Terreon® Waste Receptacles - SS-Series and MG-Series - The Terreon® waste receptacles are used in conjunction with the Express® SS-Series or MG-Series Lavatory Systems. It mounts between Express units or between an Express unit and an alcove wall while maintaining a continuous Terreon look.  Each SS-Series waste receptacle consists of a Terreon solid surface cover and an acrylic base available in gray, putty or charcoal with a 13-gallon capacity.  The MG-Series waste receptacle has a 22 gauge stainless steel 304 base with a #4 finish and 16-gallon capacity.

• Terreon® Express® Extensions - SS-Series and MG-Series - An extension to fit between Express® units or between an Express unit and an alcove to provide additional usable counter space and a continuous Terreon® look. Available in multiple lengths and configurations, the Terreon Express Extension is sure to provide the space for the end user's personal items.

• Terreon® Purse Shelf - The Terreon® purse shelf is available in 3', 6' and 13' lengths and will fit into any application where more space for personal items is desired. Special alternative lengths are also available.

• Terreon® Repair Kits - In the unlikely event your Terreon® surface becomes damaged, it can easily and inexpensively be repaired. Be sure to specify color when contacting your Bradley Representative to place an order.
